Across the Pond
Transatlantic Session IPA with amarillo and citra hops.
This session IPA is medium bodied, smooth and well rounded. The aim of this beer was to blend a English hop with the some of the juiciest New World hops going. We selected the relatively new hop breed Olicana to provide those wonderful Lychee and light grapefruit notes that come out in the whirlpool.
