A wise man once said “The only constant in life is change” and that has never been truer than in the beer industry. Constant Variables is Mad Squirrel’s new series of double dry hopped IPA’s. The hop bill will change each brew and to kick things off we start with two big guns of the hop world: centennial and mosaic.
Colour: Opaque Yellow
Bitterness: Low
Serve at: 4-6 degrees
Goes with: Grilled sea bass, lemon sorbet
Hops: Summit, Centennial, Mosaic
