Pale ale showcasing NZ hops, Rakau, Wakatu and Nelson Sauvin.
Crisp, light bodied and with huge flavours. The New Zealand Hoppy Pale Ale showcases three very special New Zealand hops; Wakatu, Rakau, and the star of the show, Nelson Sauvin. Wakatu and Rakau will provide the bitterness and some lime, stone fruit and fig flavours, which will compliment the Nelson Sauvin dry hop addition. The unique flavour of Nelson Sauvin can only really be described as fresh crushed gooseberries with Sauvin Blanc wine notes.
