The latest in the brewery’s “Suspended in” Series celebrates a hop hailing all the way from New Zealand, Wai-iti. With Amarillo, Cascade and Ekuanot providing the E Street Band to Wai-iti’s Bruce Stringsteen. Expect high notes of lime citrus and stone fruit from the headline act, with grooves of mango and pineapple coming from the backline. A mouthfeel as smooth as a sax solo rounds out another beautiful hit.
